We advise on a range of issues including – institutional reform, resource management reform, public policy, strategic planning and development in public sector reform.We also work with central and county governments and international agencies at the highest levels to develop solutions for a range of public sector policy issues.

We have particular strengths in public finance, personnel and performance management and institutional development, and often work on multi-faceted projects that require a large number of technical inputs.

We perform project audits, monitoring and completion reviews and evaluations, output-to-purpose reviews, value for money reviews and many other project assessment and assurance procedures.
